🌍 Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We proudly offer worldwide shipping so Labubu fans everywhere can collect the magic.
📦 Where do you ship from?
Orders are shipped from our facilities in Hong Kong and Canada, depending on item availability and your location.
🕒 Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, if you need to cancel or change your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, the order may already be on its way. You can still return it once received (see return policy).

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the supplier. Estimated delivery is 2–3 weeks for most orders.

🧸 When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing. Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking email.

Depending on your location, shipping may take 2–4 weeks due to international fulfillment and collector demand. We promise it’s worth the wait!
📭 What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, you’re eligible for a full refund. Just contact us at support@labubutime.com.
🔁 How do I return an item?
Email us within 7 days of delivery at support@labubutime.com. Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a return
💥 What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Email us right away with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review your case and make things right, fast and fair.
💸 When will I get my refund?
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Credit/debit refunds usually take 7–10 business days to show up, depending on your bank.
